Q: When will my order be ready?
A: Your jewellery and accessories are 100% handcrafted, packaged and posted by me (Hayley). Keeping this in mind, we ask you to please allow up to 5 days for your order to be packaged and posted. If you desperately need something made a little faster, please get in contact with me and I will do my best to help out!
Q: Can I request a custom design for you to make?
A: Please contact me to discuss your requirements. If it is in my capabilities, I would love to! Please note that for bespoke items, a quote will be provided and full payment will be required before I start work on your item.
Q: Do you supply Wholesale?
A: Yes! Please contact me by email at email@example.com to discuss a wholesale arrangement. We are always interested in hearing from potential new stockists!
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any exchanges of products. If you are not 100% happy with your product, or it arrives in less than perfect condition, please send us an email to discuss a replacement. Please notify us within 7 days of order being delivered.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you would like specific product measurements or more photos, please email me - I am very happy to answer any questions about our products!
Postage costs will not be refunded, so please make sure you're 100% satisfied with your order before checkout! In the case of a dispute, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return postage and any fees/charges applicable.
