Q: When will my order be ready?
A: Your jewellery and accessories are 100% handcrafted (no moulds)! Keeping this in mind, we ask you to please allow 2-3 days for your order to be packaged and posted. If you desperately need something made a little faster, please get in contact with me and I will do my best to help out!

Q: Can I request a custom design for you to make?
A: Please contact me to discuss your requirements. If it is in my capabilities, I would love to! Please note that for bespoke items, a quote will be provided and full payment will be required before I start work on your item.

Q: Do you supply Wholesale?
A: Yes! Please contact me by email at hello@donebydaisy.com  to discuss your requirements. We are always interesting in hearing from potential new stockists!

 

REFUND POLICY

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any exchanges of products. If you are not 100% happy with your product, or it arrives in less than perfect condition, please send us an email to discuss a replacement. Please notify us within 7 days of order being received of any issues. 


Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you would like specific product measurements or more photos, please email me - I am very happy to answer any questions about our products!


Postage costs will not be refunded, so please make sure you're 100% satisfied with your order before checkout! In the case of a dispute, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return postage and any fees/charges applicable.
